Agent Marketplace

Browsing the Catalog
The Marketplace catalog organizes agents by business domain so you can quickly find the right agent for your use case.
Categories
Agents are grouped into nine categories:
| Category | Description |
|---|---|
| Sales | Prospect research, outreach sequences, deal analysis |
| Support | Ticket triage, resolution suggestions, escalation routing |
| Marketing | Campaign drafting, content generation, audience targeting |
| Finance | Expense analysis, forecasting, budget summaries |
| Operations | Process optimization, vendor management, logistics planning |
| Research | Market research, competitive analysis, trend reports |
| HR | Policy lookup, onboarding workflows, employee Q&A |
| Legal | Contract review, clause extraction, compliance checks |
| Executive | Strategic briefings, cross-department synthesis, board prep |
Search & Filters
Use the search bar to find agents by name, capability, or keyword. Narrow results using filters:
- Tier — Free, Professional, or Enterprise
- Rating — Filter by minimum star rating (1–5)
- Install count — Sort by popularity to see most-adopted agents
- Category — Filter by one or more business domains
Pre-Check Wizard
Before installing an agent, the Pre-Check Wizard runs compatibility checks to ensure a smooth deployment in your environment.
How It Works
- Click Install on any agent card to launch the wizard
- The wizard runs automated checks against your tenant configuration
- Each check returns one of three statuses:
Pass,Warning, orBlocker - An overall status is computed from the individual results
Checks Performed
| Check | What It Validates |
|---|---|
| Plan compatibility | Agent tier matches or is below your subscription tier |
| Agent slot availability | Your plan has room for additional agents |
| Required integrations | Needed third-party connections are configured |
| Knowledge requirements | Required knowledge types are available in your tenant |
| Permission requirements | Your RBAC role allows agent installation |
Resolution Suggestions
If a check returns a Warning or Blocker, the wizard displays actionable suggestions:
- Warning: You can proceed but the agent may have limited functionality (e.g., missing optional integration)
- Blocker: Installation is blocked until the issue is resolved (e.g., upgrade plan, configure required integration)
Installing Agents
Once pre-checks pass, installation is a single click.
One-Click Install
- Click Confirm Install after the pre-check wizard completes
- The agent is added to your Agent Workforce with default configuration
- A success notification confirms the install with a link to the agent studio
Post-Install Configuration
After installation, customize the agent for your business:
- Knowledge assignment — Bind your company-specific knowledge to the agent via the Knowledge tab in Agent Workforce
- Prompt customization — Adjust the system prompt to match your brand voice and domain terminology
- Tool configuration — Enable or disable specific tools based on your workflow needs
- Guardrails — Review and adjust the pre-configured compliance and safety rules

- Bundle discounts — Save compared to installing agents individually

Managing Installed Agents
The Marketplace tab in your Agent Workforce shows all installed agents with version and health status.
Version Management
- Upgrade — When a newer version of an installed agent is available, a badge appears on the agent card. Click Upgrade to update to the latest version.
- Rollback — If an upgrade causes issues, roll back to any previous version from the agent's version history.
- Uninstall — Remove an agent from your workforce. Knowledge bindings are preserved so you can reinstall later without losing configuration.
Health Monitoring
Each installed agent displays a health indicator based on:
- Trust score (from the Governance Engine)
- Evaluation pass rate (from Agent Readiness)
- Error rate over the last 7 days
- Knowledge freshness (time since last knowledge update)
Approval Workflow
Enterprise-tier agents require admin approval before installation, adding an extra layer of oversight for high-capability agents.
How It Works
- A team member requests installation of an Enterprise-tier agent
- The pre-check wizard runs and results are attached to the request
- An admin receives a notification in the Notification Center
- The admin reviews the pre-check results and risk assessment
- The admin approves or rejects the request with optional notes
- The requesting user is notified of the decision
Risk Assessment
The approval screen shows admins:
- Pre-check results (all pass/warning/blocker statuses)
- Agent capabilities and tool access requirements
- Data access scope (which knowledge types the agent can read)
- Estimated cost impact on the tenant's usage quota
agent:install permission.
